Windermere Real Estate Langley is seeking a motivated, people-focused real estate agent to join our collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through buying or selling journeys, while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, performing market analyses, preparing contracts, maintaining listings, and professionally marketing properties to buyers and investors.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required for property visits and client meetings.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in Canada.
