Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Vaughan, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home activities such as virtual client meetings, research, and administrative tasks. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, conduct property showings, prepare and present offers, and guide clients through each step of the purchase or sale process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, providing market analyses and pricing strategies, coordinating property marketing via online listings and platforms, and maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations. The role also involves delivering responsive customer service, collaborating with the brokerage team, and leveraging the company’s tech solutions to support clients and grow the agent’s business.
