Royal LePage Magna is expanding! We are seeking driven and client-focused Licensed Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic and fast-growing brokerage in Edmonton, Alberta. Whether you're a new agent looking for guidance or an experienced professional aiming to elevate your career, Royal LePage Magna provides the tools, training, and support to help you thrive.

With a proven infrastructure that includes lead generation systems, one-on-one coaching, in-house training , and a dedicated marketing expert , you'll have everything you need to build a powerful brand and successful real estate business within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Compensation :

40,000 - $70,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities :

  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential and / or commercial real estate transactions
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, goals, and timelines
  • Manage property showings, open houses, and client follow-ups
  • Utilize company-provided leads and CRM systems to build your client pipeline
  • Prepare and present Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and listing proposals
  • Draft offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the entire transaction process
  • Collaborate with in-house marketing personnel to enhance your personal brand
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and mastermind meetings
  • Stay informed about market trends, inventory, and local real estate developments
  • Maintain RECA and EREB compliance and uphold the highest professional standards

Qualifications :

  • Must be a licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta (RECA compliant)
  • Member (or eligible to become a member) of EREB and AREA
  • Passionate about helping people and building long-term client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM platforms and digital tools
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset
