You will identify, evaluate, and secure profitable opportunities, conduct market research, analyze potential acquisitions, negotiate purchase agreements, and manage due diligence to support growth in the Northern Cape region.

The role requires a strong analytical background, knowledge of property markets, and a proven ability to close deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in real estate acquisitions, CRE, or investment analysis.
• Ability to analyze property deals and negotiate complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, valuation methods, and legal aspects in Kimberley.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
