Heidelberg Materials Canada Limited in Calgary, AB is seeking a qualified driver to safely operate a 5-axle Ready‑Mix concrete truck and deliver to customers and job sites. You will perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain logs and paperwork to comply with transport regulations.

Role requires effective communication with dispatch and field teams, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to work independently under varying conditions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a 5‑axle truck to transport and deliver Ready-Mix Concrete to customer and job sites
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and ensure vehicle readiness
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and compliance with transportation regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to support daily operations
• Follow all company safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient work environment

• Demonstrated capability to operate heavy trucks and related equipment
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
• Strong judgment and ability to work independently in various conditions

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
