Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking care assistants to support older people in their own homes across Ontario. The role covers medication supervision, meal prep, shopping, cleaning and personal care, with a warm, person-centred approach.

This position offers flexible part- or full-time hours, induction training provided, paid travel time, mileage allowance, and free uniform. If you are reliable and caring, you will make a real difference in clients' daily lives.

• No prior care experience required; full induction training provided.

Job description

At Alina Homecare our care assistants are as important as the people we care for. You are individuals with different needs and aspirations too and we respect that.

Our local branch are looking for care assistants to support the older people in their own homes.This role includes assisting someone with medication, food preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care. We provide full induction training so experience is not essential.

This role is based on part or full time hours, we have calls between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday.
