Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years professional to lead a designated room in a nursery. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and education within the EYFS framework while mentoring teammates and planning engaging learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have prior Room Leader or Senior Practitioner experience, strong EYFS knowledge, and outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner is desirable
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day running of your designated room
• Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Supporting and mentoring team members within the room
• Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences
• Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Monitoring children's progress and supporting their development
• Ensuring safeguarding and nursery standards are consistently maintained
• All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and right-to-work verification.

£32,000 - £34,000 per annum | 40 hours per week | Level 3 Early Years Qualification Required

The nursery has been thoughtfully designed to provide a warm, fun, and nurturing atmosphere where children are encouraged to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. This role is ideal for an experienced and passionate Level 3 early years professional who enjoys leading a room, supporting colleagues, and creating engaging experiences that help children reach their full potential

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner – desirable

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Excellent communication and leadership skills
