Job summary

Partou Childcare seeks a Nursery Deputy Manager for Partou Old Town Day Nursery & Pre-school in Beaconsfield. The full-time, 40-hour role focuses on supporting the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy while delivering engaging learning activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

You will lead a team, uphold safeguarding, and foster strong family partnerships to ensure a safe, inclusive setting while driving staff development and positive outcomes for children.

About The Role

Partou Old Town Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
