This role sits within the Technology & Data team, within Corporate & Operations Services. As AIOps & Automation Lead you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the Agency's AIOps strategy to deliver predictive, automated, and intelligent operations across cloud and infrastructure environments.

You will work with colleagues across Technology, finance, and operational teams to introduce tools and processes that spot problems early, respond to issues automatically, and reduce manual effort. This helps the organisation meet its service standards, run more efficiently, and manage its IT systems more proactively.

The role ensures observability, telemetry, and automated response processes are in place to support business SLAs, improve operational efficiency, and enable proactive management of IT systems.

Responsibilities
