Scottish Autism is hiring for care support roles in the South West region, offering full-time and part-time positions with weekend contracts. You will develop, review and implement personalised support plans, building strong relationships with individuals and their networks to help them lead fulfilling and independent lives.
This role includes rolling rotas, a comprehensive benefits package, PVG checks, and opportunities for training to complete SVQ; a driving license is advantageous.
Pay Scale: Starting at £13.45 per hour, rising to £14.15 at your own pace

You’ll:
Develop, review and implement personalised support plans for the supported individual,
Build positive relationships with the supported individual and their circles of support.
Work collaboratively to ensure the supported individual’s life goals and aspirations are at the centre of their support.
Support individuals to take part in their chosen activities, and access local community opportunities,
Help maintain their tenancies and support them to make the decisions that matter to them.
Promote independence and active citizenship, community inclusin, support with household chores. Required support may include personal care.
Holding a full UK Driving License is advantageous.
