Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking an Engineering Manager, Reactor Engineering to lead the execution and technical leadership of engineering services for domestic and international operating CANDU reactors. You will manage a team of approximately 25 people and ensure the safe, high‑quality delivery of engineering services in alignment with contract requirements and applicable nuclear codes.

The role emphasizes nuclear safety, knowledge sharing, innovation, and a strong client focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and technical leadership of engineering services for CANDU reactors.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Directors, and clients to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
• Manage a team of about 25 engineers and ensure compliance with QA programs.
• Review and approve engineering documents and drawings per delegated authority.
• Identify and manage technical risks and maintain strong client relationships.
