Job summary

The successful candidate will oversee warehouse efficiency, lead quality initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced automotive supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations, preferably automotive and 3PL.
• Experience managing 3PL providers with performance metrics and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3PL warehouse performance and on-time processing targets.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions in order processing and inventory.
• Monitor inventory health, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
• Support retailer operations with ETA inquiries and inventory availability.
• Lead quality and claims management, including dealer claims reviews.
• Maintain SAP, EDI integrations, and warehouse systems.
• Analyze performance and drive KPI-based continuous improvement.
