Job summary

Canadian North is seeking a Ramp Attendant to support safe ramp operations and aircraft ground services in Yellowknife, NT. You will follow procedures, assist service teams, and help passengers as needed, contributing to efficient ramp operations and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of ramp-related experience, with potential to advance and participate in a comprehensive benefits program. Northern living allowance applies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of previous Ramp experience or similar.
• Knowledge of cargo handling and loading on aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures without deviation.
• Promote a safe working culture and teamwork.
• Provide ground services to the aircraft as required.
• Assist Customer Service Agents and Cargo Attendants when needed.
• Assist passengers with mobility and special needs.
• Maintain daily equipment and ramp checks.
• Obtain and retain required airport passes and licenses.
