Job summary

CPKC in Winnipeg is seeking a Coordinator Customer Solutions to deliver world-class service for Carload, Intermodal, and E-Business customers. You will respond to calls and emails, track shipments, and support day-to-day customer service operations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Border Services, Sales, and Customer Solutions to resolve issues, provide status updates, and help customers use CPKC systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or rail operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to shipments, service, billing, and processes.
• Provide accurate and timely updates on shipment status, service disruptions, and exceptions.
• Document and track all customer interactions.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day service issues (missed switches, delays, billing questions).
• Coordinate with Operations, Border Services, and other teams to resolve problems.
• Escalate issues and follow through to completion.
• Identify recurring issues and flag trends to leadership.
• Support onboarding for new customers (system setup, process guidance).
• Help customers understand how to interact with CPKC services and tools.
