Job summary

AtomVie Global Radiopharma Inc. in Hamilton, ON is seeking a Production Technician to support the production team in GMP-compliant facilities. The role involves handling materials, sanitation, and packaging according to regulatory standards, with onsite work and shift flexibility.

The ideal candidate has a biotechnology background, GMP/aseptic experience, and can lift up to 23 kg. Training will cover hazardous materials handling and safety protocols. Compensation starts at CAD 57k annually.

Qualifications

• Biotechnology certificate or relevant diploma.
• Previous GMP or aseptic environment experience.
• Ability to lift 23 kilograms (50-70 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sanitize materials and components required for production.
• Perform routine cleaning and decontamination of aseptic areas and cleanrooms.
• Prepare packaging for distribution per TDG, PTNS, and IATA regulations.
• Manage radioactive waste and sharps disposal per safety protocols.
• Perform routine inventory and stock counting.
• Ensure all work follows safety policies and regulations.
• Assist with production of AtomVie drug products at other facilities as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
