Qualifications

Job description

Part-time PRN position with day, evening, night, and weekend hours as needed. Hours may vary based on department needs.

Pay :

  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.
  • The pay range reflects the Radiologic Technologist - MRI role, with a starting wage of $24.08 for new grads. Experienced technologists will be compensated based on experience.

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist MRI / Rad Tech new grad to :

  • Perform technical imaging examinations, including complex and specialized procedures using various imaging equipment and systems.
  • Work independently after training with all patient age groups and in different locations.
  • Maintain and repair equipment, participate in quality assurance, and resolve issues related to image processing and archiving systems.
  • If a new graduate, assist licensed technologists with imaging procedures and learn department workflows, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with staff to prioritize schedules and triage routine and emergency procedures.

  • Qualifications :
  • Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Work Experience :
  • Previous healthcare experience required.
  • Two years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Licenses & Certifications :
  • Wisconsin Radiological License (not required if ARRT (MR) certification obtained via post-primary pathway, upon hire preferred).
  • ARRT Radiography (R) Certification upon hire required or
  • American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) upon hire required.
  • ARRT Magnetic Resonance (MR) certification within 30 months required.
  • CPR certification within 3 months required.
