Job summary

Capol Inc., part of the Freudenberg Group, is seeking a laboratory specialist in Longueuil, Canada to support food product development. You will perform sampling and weighing, conduct physicochemical analyses, and contribute to new formulations (colors and flavors) based on demand.

Collaborating with Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality and Production, you will ensure materials and consumables are available, prepare technical documentation and presentations, and communicate findings in French

Qualifications

• DEC in Food Process Technology, Food Quality, Biology, or a related field.
• Experience in the food industry is an asset.
• Strong laboratory skills and technical abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
