Qualifications

• College diploma (DEC) in Food Process Technology, Food Quality, Biology, or a related field.
• Experience in the food industry is an asset.
• Strong laboratory skills and technical abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling and weighing of products and help develop new formulations.
• Conduct physicochemical analyses to validate raw materials and finished products.
• Carry out application testing to support product development.
• Provide technical support during pilot plant trials, including data collection.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and laboratory consumables.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations.
• Collaborate with Capol departments to support projects.
