Job summary

Capital GMC Buick Cadillac Regina is seeking a Quick Lube Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests seeking oil changes, maintenance and minor repairs. You will greet guests, educate on recommended maintenance, and create accurate repair orders with cost and time estimates.

You will review completed work with guests, process payments, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to provide outstanding guest service.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Effective listening and communication skills with guests and Technicians.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Previous automotive service experience is an asset, but not required, we’re willing to train the right candidate!

The Quick Lube Service Advisor is the first point of contact for guests coming in for oil changes, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has great communication skills, and thrives in a team environment.
