Job summary

Brandt Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a Recruiter for our Quebec locations. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, headhunting, and building candidate pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

This onsite position requires regular travel between Brandt locations and participation in recruitment events. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of talent acquisition experience, strong stakeholder management, and demonstrable ability to recruit passive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proactive sourcing and full cycle recruitment experience required.
• Proven ability to recruit passive candidates via direct sourcing and headhunting.
• Experience building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand needs.
• Credential in recruitment is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle talent acquisition across multiple locations and roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop strategies.
• Conduct intake discussions to clarify position requirements and priorities.
• Proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates using networks and databases.
• Engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations on availability and compensation.
• Maintain candidate relationships from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Track recruitment activity and maintain documentation in the ATS.
• Travel regularly between Brandt locations to meet hiring managers and attend events.
