Job summary

Brandt Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for Quebec locations. You will own full cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and actively source passive candidates to build pipelines.

The role is onsite, requires travel between Brandt locations, and involves engagement at recruitment events and career fairs. Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition with strong stakeholder management is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proven success identifying, approaching, and recruiting passive candidates.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle talent acquisition across an assigned portfolio of positions, locations, and business areas.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates using various channels.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
• Travel regularly between Brandt locations to meet with hiring managers and recruitment events.
