L3Harris is seeking a Quality Systems Co-op in Waterdown, Ontario. You will assist with audits, maintain BPMS documentation, and help develop BI for the quality function under supervision. The role targets university students in software/engineering programs and requires a 16-month term starting May 2026.
Applicants should be enrolled in an accredited co-op program and be eligible to obtain CGP clearance; cross-functional collaboration and exposure to quality processes are expected.

The applicant is an entry-level professional with broad job knowledge working under general direction and guidance, overseeing the administration and reporting of quality systems. The successful candidate will support the scheduling and administration of internal and external audits, manage administration of mandatory quality deliverables including operating review slides, analysis of data reviews, corrective action board, and ad hoc requests. In addition, this role will support the development of business intelligence for the quality department. This role will also include the interpretation, recommendation, and implementation of improvements to our quality processes.
