Responsibilities :
Conducts and supports internal and external audits per the Quality Assurance Program.
Performs spot checks and maintains audit documentation.
Identifies non-compliance areas and recommends improvements.
Assists with audit coordination and continuous program enhancement.
Promotes SMS compliance and safety culture.
Educates staff on safety rights and reporting procedures.
Assists with safety investigations and hazard assessments.
Supports hazard registry maintenance.
Follows up on audit findings to ensure timely corrective actions.
Works with teams to develop and monitor CAPs.
Prepares summary reports and supports process improvement.
Maintains safety and quality training records.
