Norsk Hydro is seeking a Quality Manager for the Mississauga facility to develop and maintain the Quality System, drive improvements, and coordinate ISO/TS documentation and audits. You will report to the Plant Manager in Mississauga and lead corrective action and supplier audit programs.
The role requires five+ years in quality within manufacturing, a bachelor's degree in engineering or business, and strong governance of quality standards and continuous improvement processes.

Job Summary:
The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality System for the Mississauga facility in order to drive quality improvements and to also coordinate the IS-9000 and TS-16949 documentation and Internal/External Quality Audit System. The Quality Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager in Mississauga.
Required:
Five or moreyears of Quality Experience in a Manufacturing facility
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business
