The Quality Systems Manager will initially be focused on establishing the factory’s CSA Certification. This will include building and scaling quality systems from the ground up, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance. After launch of the factory, this role will oversee ongoing inspections and customer quality complaints, and ensure manufacturing outputs are consistently high-quality as the factory scales. The role partners closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams. The successful candidate is a collaborative, data-oriented problem solver with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
