Your Tasks
  1. Maintain and improve process-oriented quality systems at the Brose plant.
  2. Maintain and continuously improve quality system and tracking procedures.
  3. Manage activities related to health, safety, and environmental conditions concerning quality.
  4. Identify and monitor measurement of PPM ratio potential.
  5. Coordinate with suppliers to improve quality.
  6. Lead, support, and motivate staff within your area of responsibility and implement relevant HR measures.
  7. Develop annual budget plans (including personnel planning) for your area and monitor budget development, implementing countermeasures as needed.
  8. Manage quality engineers and technicians through target agreements, progress monitoring, evaluations, and support.
  9. Involve supervisors and quality technicians in addressing critical quality backlogs.
  10. Liaise with customers regarding concerns.
  11. Support and uphold worldwide Brose quality standards.
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in quality, with at least 3 years in a quality manager role in the automotive industry, and 1 year as a Quality Specialist.
  • Knowledge of procedures for planning and optimizing quality processes.
  • Project experience in quality management; SAP knowledge.
  • Experience in customer interaction.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality systems, problem-solving, and management of corrective actions.
  • Leadership experience in personnel management.
  • Ability to ensure compliance of quality and environmental systems with all standards, including customer-specific requirements.
