Job Description

Key Accountabilities

1. Support the maintenance of Integrated Management Systems globally, regionally and at the site level.
2. Coach sites on the requirements of the systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, C-TPAT.
3. Conduct training on management systems and train internal ISO auditors.
4. Support the implementation of global and regional processes.
5. Coordinate and maintain the internal audit schedule, monitor site audits, and provide coaching and support.
6. Generate, interpret, analyze, and communicate results using management tools, graphs, and reports.
7. Maintain ISO/system documentation and controls; support certification activities and coach the organization.
8. Lead quality processes, collect, analyze, and report data.
9. Follow problem-solving methodologies to improve processes at all levels.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

1. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other industry standards.
2. College degree or technical diploma preferred.
3. Experience in automotive or logistics quality roles preferred.
4. Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office.
5. Knowledge of customer systems (Chrysler, Ford, GM, BMW, Audi, VW).
6. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Ability to conform to management system processes and requirements.
8. Ability to work in compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
9. Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation

Expected salary range: $60,000 - $75,000, based on skills and experience. DP World offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and other perks. The position may be eligible for incentives or sales compensation.
