Job summary

Ben-Mor Cables Inc. is seeking a Quality Coordinator for a full-time, hybrid role in Saint-Hyacinthe, Canada.

You will maintain and improve the Quality Management System, working with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Customer Service, and Administration to uphold ISO 9001 standards. You will lead internal audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions while coaching teams on quality practices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and quality systems.
• Experience managing quality systems and conducting internal audits.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing environments and operations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to positively influence and collaborate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the annual internal audit program using a process-based approach tailored to a manufacturing environment.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Identify gaps, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement with follow-up on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align operations with quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.
• Participate in creation, updating, and standardization of quality documentation.
• Ensure consistency between manufacturing operations, procedures, and quality system requirements.
• Monitor quality KPIs and recommend practical optimization initiatives.
• Participate in process reviews and management review meetings.
• Prepare for and support external audits and certifications.
• Train and coach employees on quality best practices.
