Job summary

Structural Truss Systems is seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator for its Fort MacLeod, AB facility. You will oversee inspection processes, implement QA/QC protocols, and collaborate with multiple departments to elevate overall quality management practices.

You will lead quality inspections, develop strategies with the QA/QC team, analyze data for trends, and support manufacturing through quality guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality inspection or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.

We operate out of over 90,000 squarefeet of manufacturing facility in Fort MacLeod, AB, just 25 minutes west ofLethbridge, AB.

The ideal candidatewill play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the higheststandards of quality and compliance. This position involves overseeing qualityinspection processes, implementing quality assurance protocols, andcollaborating with various departments to enhance overall quality managementpractices.
