We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Infrastructure division and build innovative projects in the transit and transportation sectors, such as roads, highways / freeways, bridges, interchanges, LRTs, BRTs, and airports. About the Role
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance and support to senior project staff (Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) in the coordination, reporting, and Quality functions of a project. This is a task-based role that works with the core elements of construction projects and the tools and processes of quality management systems. The QC is learning-oriented and introduced to the core elements of Graham construction projects and Quality Management Systems (QMS).The QC is familiar with the core elements of a construction project and demonstrates technical proficiency with quality management systems, processes, and tools. The QC has increased autonomy with regards to ownership of select project quality process scopes and may be responsible for the mentorship, training, and delegations of tasks to direct reports.
This role will support the infrastructure - division of Graham. Projects will comprise mostly of civil, concrete and structural work.
