Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Quality Coordinator to lead site QA/QC activities across our construction projects in Canada. You will implement and maintain the Project QMS, develop ITPs by trade, and drive compliance with all specifications and codes on site.

You will conduct inspections, generate clear reports, and manage NCRs, ensuring documentation is complete and traceable. Independent site leadership and experience on large projects are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC.
• Strong knowledge of construction specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards.
• Experience with inspections, testing coordination, and NCR management.
• Ability to interpret and enforce technical requirements on site.
• Exposure to ISO 9001 or structured QMS environments.
• Experience on large or complex construction projects.

Security Clearance Requirement

Please note that this position requires candidates to be eligible to obtain and maintain a Level II (Secret) Security Clearance.
