Quality Coordinator, Change Control in Continous Improvement

Share

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for managing engineering changes to robotic products and medical devices by coordinating and optimizing the various preparation, review, documentation and implementation activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the program coordinator, management, engineering, purchasing, production, quality managers and any other groups involved to identify activities necessary to implement the change;
• Gather relevant information to prepare the proposed change;
• Accelerate the implementation of the change through task tracking;
• Maintain the various documents and item configurations according to the current versions;
• Communicate the implementation of changes;
• Ensure the maintenance of the different change control monitoring tools (GDC, Log, Neo..);
• Document the appropriate forms in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements;
• Follow up on ongoing files to ensure complete implementation of the change;
• Escalate issues;
• Ensure the rigor of the documentation and the change management process;
• Participate in the transfer of knowledge for the management of the change through the coaching of teams and the training of new employees;
• Participate in various improvement projects.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• General or technical college diploma (DEC) or recognized equivalent;
• Five years of work experience in change control or administrative support functions;
• Experience in a regulated environment;
• Experience in technical writing;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
• Leadership, thoroughness, initiative, attention to detail;
• Ability to work with little supervision;
• Excellent command of the Office suite and Google;
• Bilingualism (written English and French).
