Senior Claims Quality Advisor Accident Benefits

Join us at Allstate Canada as a Senior Claims Quality Advisor – Accident Benefits. We are seeking experienced professionals to ensure the integrity and quality of our claims processes.

Role Overview: This role involves analyzing complex claim data to identify risks, irregular patterns, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders for risk mitigation and process improvements.

Position Details: Remote work arrangement. The role involves reviewing employee files, call quality, and data analysis to support business initiatives and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform employee file reviews, call reviews, and targeted assessments
  • Ensure adherence to file and customer service standards
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory, legal, and ethical standards
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Complete control reviews and reporting for Corporate Compliance and SOX requirements
  • Participate in calibration sessions and provide feedback to Claim Managers
  • Communicate findings and updates effectively to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Accident Benefits CCU claims experience, RSA (CAT) & ADR (dispute) experience is an asset
  • Extensive claims knowledge and insurance regulation expertise
  • Understanding of Claims Best Practices
  • Strong influencing and change management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Legal and Regulatory requirements, including Provincial Insurance Acts
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Enrolled or willing to enroll in CIP designation
