Quality Control Inspector

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to conduct quality assurance inspections and audits, documenting results per customer and internal requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect sample parts and measure them according to inspection procedures.
2. Record inspection results in SPC software and evaluate parts for acceptability.
3. Review internal procedures and perform process audits to ensure compliance.
4. Follow company/plant procedures, rules, and policies; attend required training.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
6. Communicate effectively with personnel across departments, vendors, and customers as needed.
7. Keep organized records, logs, and samples.

Training:

In addition to Universal Turtle Lake training, this position requires product-specific training.

Education/Experience:

A high school diploma with relevant work experience is preferred but not required.
