This role reports to the Director, Quality Control and offers hybrid work with two onsite days per week. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in pharma QC leadership, experience with audits/inspections, and strong skills in master specifications,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in life sciences and 8+ years of management experience in pharma
• Experience auditing external laboratories; FDA/EMA inspection familiarity preferred
• Strong QC testing, stability program management, master specifications, investigations, and CAPA mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Control activities for DS/DP programs in compliance with ICH and cGMP
• Manage analytical testing, specifications, stability data, and reference standards
• Oversee investigations for OOS/OOT results and release testing
• Coordinate external labs and CMOs, audits, and transfer of materials
• Support regulatory submissions with CQCMC teams and ensure regulatory readiness
