Qualifications

• 8+ years managing QA in pharma, small molecules or biologics.
• Experience auditing external labs and inspections readiness.
• Strong cGMP, ICH, IND/BLA/CTA experience and cross‑location collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC activities for DS/DP programs in line with ICH and cGMP.
• Oversee stability programs, SOPs, reference standards, investigations, and release testing.
• Collaborate with QA and external CMOs/labs; manage audits and tech transfers.
• Direct review/approval workflows for feasibility studies, validation protocols and test methods.
• Ensure documentation accuracy (CoA/CoT) and regulatory submission readiness.
