PACT is seeking a Quality Student to assist the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in maintaining high standards across multiple sub-programs. The role focuses on documentation, inspections, and quality control processes, with emphasis on ISO-compliant and aviation-related standards.
The position runs for 12–16 months, starting September 2026, based in Mississauga with occasional site visits. You will work closely with inspectors, QA coordinators, and project leadership to track NCRs,

Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT(Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
The Quality Student will assist the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams in maintaining high standards of execution and documentation across all PACT sub-programs. You will help ensure that construction deliverables meet stringent design, ISO-compliant, and aviation standards.
This is a 12-16 month co-op student opportunity starting in September 2026.
The position will be based at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, with visits to the Airport site as required. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday during regular office or site hours.
