About The Role

As a Quality Clinician, you will be instrumental in upholding and enhancing care standards through data-driven insights, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education. Your role involves analyzing resident outcomes and practice performance to develop targeted training programs, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational values.

Compensation and Benefits
The Master Collective Compensation outlined in the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement includes competitive vacation allowances, extended health and dental benefits, participation in a municipal pension plan, and access to an employee and family assistance program. Compensation corresponds to the Level 4 RN hourly rate, ranging from $49.20 to $63.47.
