Job description

The ideal candidate will be a true expert in his/her field, capable of integrating and mastering the latest QA technologies to continuously improve our platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a forward-looking test automation strategy, contributing to methodical problem solving and raising quality levels through your in-depth knowledge of current trends, particularly in artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Continuously assess the relevance of CONFORMiT testing at all levels to ensure optimal coverage and effective deduplication.
• Proactively engage with development and product management teams to embed quality testing early in the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement innovative testing and automation tools.
• Champion best practices in code testability, performance and maintainability.
• Critically analyze test coverage and code quality metrics to systematically identify opportunities for improvement and drive the evolution of our QA practices.
• Establish a rapid and efficient feedback system on test results.
• Act as a benchmark to standardize practices and support skills development by providing training, mentoring and professional development for team members.
• Ensure effective communication of progress, risks and quality issues within the team and to stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

Your Profile

Required Qualifications

• Significant professional experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: C#, Java, JavaScript and Python.
• Mastery of test automation tools for user interfaces (UI) and application programming interfaces (API) such as Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, k6, or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in setting up continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent.
• Experience using Docker and containerized architectures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a highly agile and intensely iterative software development process.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Experience in test data creation and management.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and experimentation with new languages, tools and emerging programming paradigms.
