About the Opportunity

Lucent Technology Inc. is seeking a seasoned Amanda 7 Technical Expert to support a municipal client in British Columbia with configuration, reporting, workflow automation, and citizen portal enhancements using Amanda 7.

This is a prime customer facing role in a direct award opportunity — you will be the lead technical expert, not bench staff or a subcontractor. The work is full-time, and the environment is collaborative, public-sector, and delivery-focused.

• Configure and maintain Amanda 7 platform modules and workflows
• Enhance and troubleshoot Amanda Citizen Portal integrations
• Build and customize reports using Crystal Reports
• Automate permitting, licensing, and inspections processes
• Work closely with city stakeholders, analysts, and legacy system data
• Support transition from Amanda 6 to 7 (if applicable)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Amanda 7 configuration and delivery
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Crystal Reports
• Workflow automation and scripting in Amanda
• Experience working with municipal clients or permitting systems
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Availability for full-time delivery from June 2025
• Hourly Rate: Up to $105/hr CAD, depending on experience and fit
• Contract term: 12–18 months
• All travel and expenses must be included in the proposed rate
• This opportunity is contingent on contract award. Consultant must be named in bid submission.
