Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to optimize QA scheduling and coordinate cross-functional workflow between operations, scientific staff, and QA. The role emphasizes timely communication of delays and proactive risk management within a dynamic laboratory setting.

The position requires a bilingual French/English profile, strong report-writing ability, and experience in resource planning. A high school diploma with 1–2 years related experience is expected.

• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to present to groups.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent resource planning and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Generates efficient schedules for the QA team aligning with study timelines and staff availability.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure software and schedules are accurate.
• Identifies risks to deadlines and communicates delays promptly to operations.
• Perform other duties as requested by QA management.
• Coordinate resources for audits and inspections within Laboratory Sciences.
