Job summary

Novo SST is seeking an IT quality assurance analyst to ensure reliable, efficient solutions aligned with our organization. You will document defects, monitor fixes, and collaborate with developers and DevOps to maintain high quality across .Net, Angular, and CI/CD environments.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in a hybrid work setting from our offices in Quebec, Longueuil or Laval. French communication is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as an analyst in quality assurance of technological solutions.
• Knowledge of one or more environments: .Net, DevOps, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, API Rest.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and synthesis skills and mastery of oral and written French.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools and experience in functional testing.
• Professional certification (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, CBAP) is an asset.
• You will assume a front-line advisory role and provide expert support to people from the different business lines.
• You will work closely with developers and DevOps to ensure the quality of the solutions delivered (.Net environment, Angular, CI/CD DevOps).
• You will attend the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
