Job summary

Novo SST is seeking an IT quality assurance analyst to ensure reliable, efficient solutions tailored to our organization. You will document defects, monitor fixes, and collaborate with developers and DevOps to maintain high quality in .NET environments and Angular front-ends.

The role requires a degree in CS or software engineering, 5+ years in QA, and strong French communication. Telework up to 4 days, group insurance, retirement plan, and ongoing training are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as an analyst in quality assurance of technological solutions.
• Knowledge of environments: .Net, DevOps, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, API Rest.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and synthesis skills and mastery of oral and written French.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools and experience in functional testing.
• Professional certification (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, CBAP) [an asset].
• Front-line advisory role to people from different business lines.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to ensure quality of solutions delivered (.Net, Angular, CI/CD DevOps).
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes and tools.
