We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst based at our Mississauga office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for new and existing features.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, manual, and user acceptance testing.
• Design and execute test cases to validate access control systems, including RBAC, ABAC, and other authorization mechanisms.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure testability.
• Participate in all SDLC phases from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and others.
• Analyze test results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging QA technologies.

Qualifications :

• Experience with Access Control concepts : authentication, authorization, SSO, identity management.
• Hands-on experience with physical devices, from prototypes to final products.
• 5+ years in QA or Software Testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience testing access control in web apps, APIs, databases.
• Design and execute test cases for access control scenarios.
• Security testing knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, GitHub, Confluence, MIRO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud, mobile, embedded systems, and Access Control Systems.
• Knowledge of security standards and regulations.
• Experience in a global company environment.
• Experience working with physical devices.
