Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in data validation and ETL testing to ensure accuracy of complex data pipelines and financial data flows across SAP and data warehouses.

The role focuses on designing automated test frameworks for UI, API, and data validation, with hands-on work on SQL queries, CI/CD integration, and Airflow DAG execution, collaborating with data engineers and business teams in an Agile delivery

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test frameworks for UI, API, and data validation
• Perform end-to-end data reconciliation across source, transformation, and target systems
• Validate ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouse outputs, and financial data flows
• Write complex SQL queries for data comparison, aggregation, and variance analysis
• Automate regression and integration test suites and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Execute API testing and validate backend services
• Identify, log, and track defects; perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business teams in Agile delivery
• Execution of Airflow DAGs

Role Description:
