We are looking for a dedicated and proactive
Quality Process Analyst to join our team focused on the Ford Pro ecosystem. In this role, you will be a champion for quality, working across various systems and teams to ensure a seamless and reliable experience for our customers. You'll dive deep into data, troubleshoot issues, support system processes, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Ford Pro environment. Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Be a Quality Champion: Take a role in identifying, investigating, and resolving quality issues related to key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Ford Pro ecosystem.
- Project Management & Communication: Develop and implement clear, concise management plans for quality-related projects, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- System Documentation & Support: Document, maintain, and support system requests using our established intake process. Conduct thorough business discovery and clearly define project scope and requirements.
- Become a Ford Pro Expert: Develop a deep understanding of the Ford Pro ecosystem, including our cutting-edge tech stack (Pro360, Salesforce, Marketplace) and how data and systems interact across all pillars. Support a seamless, integrated "one-stop-shop" experience for our customers.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with stakeholders across Ford Pro (product, engineering, customer service, etc.) to develop comprehensive analyses and documentation. Communicate effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop and deliver weekly and monthly reports to leadership, highlighting key quality metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Documentation & Requirements: Author and maintain internal and external documentation, including requirements specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Bug Tracking & Management: Track bug progress, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service issues to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Influence Product Design: Leverage lessons learned from quality feedback channels to influence product design and improve the overall customer experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to drive decisions, but also be comfortable drawing conclusions with imperfect or incomplete information.
- Creative Solutions: Think outside the box to find innovative solutions for customer issues, working with diverse teams to mitigate customer impact.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or any other related discipline (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (Quality)
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Forms and other industry CRM and tools
- Experience with bug tracking, requirements, or reporting tools
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reporting
- Task or small project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven analytical abilities and advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
- Experience presenting data to leadership
- Ability to influence product/process based on data focused on customer impact mitigation
- Experience working in Automotive(EV)/ Manufacturing domain
