Job Description : Quality Consultant at Verify, Inc.
Frequency : Full-time
Responsibilities :
- Lead, assess, and investigate supplier quality issues.
- Participate in quality reviews and governance meetings with senior management (Directors).
- Perform data analysis and generate KPIs on supplier quality performance.
- Lead, plan, and execute complex cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Define corrective actions and improvement plans with suppliers.
- Review and approve quality forms (e.g., dropship).
- Manage RNC / VRNC quality tasks requiring MRB approval.
- Provide technical support and coaching to team members and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage DMM during the absence of the leader.
- Participate in executive meetings and PMRs with suppliers.
- Coach and train suppliers on our quality tools.
- Act as the director's delegate on quality matters and in director's meetings.
- Serve as a mentor and participate in defining strategic plans for the department.
Requirements :
- Experience with First Article Inspections (AS9102).
- Working knowledge of CMM inspection and ability to interpret inspection reports related to manufacturing requirements.
- General knowledge of Aerospace Quality Systems and international standards.
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Familiarity with inspection concepts, practices, and procedures, including use of CMM, comparators, micrometers, thread gauges, and calipers.
- Ability to read blueprints and check dimensional properties to ensure compliance with manufacturing drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of Discus (preferred).
- Knowledge of Net Inspect.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in aerospace.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
- Skill in elaborating and managing deployment of complex solutions and performing risk analyses.
- Ability to work independently as an expert role model.
- Experience in coaching and training team members.
