Are you the person we are looking for?

Our Engineering Services team seeks several Technical Project Managers (TPMs) with recent experience in Software Development and cross-functional project management. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-profile automotive and embedded customers on innovative technology impacting millions of users.

TPMs will demonstrate their skills by: assembling and re-flashing hardware; reproducing issues; collecting logs; debugging; testing fixes and features. They will also show management skills by: planning releases; responding to customer requests; gathering requirements; managing project schedules; and coordinating project activities.

Ideal candidates will have previous project management experience, software development experience (preferably in Embedded and RTOS markets), and the ability to direct complex projects within scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will:

• Work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

• Monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with various departments and external partners.

You will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Proven project management and software development experience (C/C++/Java), ideally in automotive or embedded software/RTOS domains.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and UNIX-based OS.
• Experience managing multiple projects with different timelines.
• End-to-end project ownership skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience managing embedded and RTOS market projects.
• Experience with QNX or implementing quality standards like ISO 26262, CMMI, etc.
