  • Develop and maintain pricing models that balance customer value, competitive positioning, and profitability targets.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed based on performance data.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis

  • Continuously track market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to ensure that pricing models reflect current and future market conditions.
  • Provide actionable insights from market and competitive analysis to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions related to pricing, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with ecosystem partners to leverage industry insights and identify growth opportunities through pricing innovations.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, to develop pricing strategies that support go-to-market initiatives and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to train field teams on new pricing models and business strategies, ensuring effective implementation and adoption in customer engagements.
  • Present pricing strategies and performance reports to senior management, providing strategic recommendations that align with company goals.

Business Model Innovation & Expansion

  • Identify and evaluate new business models and revenue streams, including subscription-based pricing, SaaS, licensing, and other emerging models, to drive long-term business growth.
  • Lead the design and pilot of new pricing and business models that can scale across diverse industries, from automotive to industrial IoT, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market needs.
  • Develop pricing tools to be used by field teams and others to help prepare and optimize commercial offers
  • Proactively assess the financial impact of new business models and make recommendations for optimization and scale.

Key Qualifications

Experience:
