Job summary

ManpowerGroup, Inc. in Collingwood, Ontario, is seeking a QMS Specialist to drive quality system improvements and regulatory alignment.

You will develop, review, and update manuals, procedures, and documents, and conduct audits to verify compliance across manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and have hands-on experience with PFMEAs, control plans, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949, with a track record in automotive or manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of QMS and quality tools.
• Experience developing PFMEAs, control plans and process documentation.
• IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update quality manuals, procedures, and documents.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to verify compliance.
• Analyze data and reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements; provide training.
• Collaborate with departments and external parties to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Report on quality outcomes to management and customers.

What You'll Do:

• Analyzing data and reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements. Providing training and guidance to staff and stakeholders on quality matters.
• Collaborating with other departments and external parties to resolve quality problems and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting on quality outcomes and initiatives to management and customers

What You Bring:

• University degree in Engineering
• Strong knowledge of QMS and quality tools
• Skilled in developing PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation
• Identifies breakdowns in internal processes and systems that directly impact customer service and quality
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
